The kids are so excited for Hallowe’en this year.  K is going as a chicken and W is going as a puppy (who says meow – so perhaps he’ll be a cat dressed as a dog!).

We got in the Hallowe’en mood with some crafts, snacks and music!

We got the idea for these from the Crafty Crow and they were perfect for the 3-4 year olds.

For lunch we made peanut butter and banana sandwiches cut with cookie cutters.  I used a banana piece for the moon and some grapes cut up as a bat.  It made for a fun story for the kids to talk about while eating.  And I’ve never seen them clean their plates off so well!

And we finally carved our pumpkins.  K picked hers to be Minnie Mouse and I chose a haunted house.

Have a Happy and Safe Hallowe’en!  Check out the tips we posted on Kids in Cowtown as well!
