So with our CSA I’ve been forced to find recipes each week to use up all the good produce.  I’ve really enjoyed this for this fact.  It forces me to have a meal plan each week!

This past week we got cabbage but when I looked at it it wasn’t what I was used to.  It wasn’t nice round leaves for cabbage rolls so I had to do some sleuthing.  It was Napa Cabbage and since it apparently has more water than other varieties it works really well in stir frys.  I found this recipe which was great.  The kids loved it and the only thing I would change it halfing the PB in the sauce.  It was just a little too much for me but I think that may be because we buy an organic thick PB and really a little goes a long way normally.
